Kilo Kish (Village Voice)

A year ago, Vibe Vixen did a interview with Kilo Kish. This week, she’s on the cover of Village Voice. Who is Kilo Kish?!   Her “government name” is Lakisha Robinson.  She’s an MC.

She’s part of the Odd Future collective.  At the just legal age of twenty one, she just self-released an EP, Homeschool, and is collaborating with Childish Gambino (aka Donald Glover).  Kilo Kish is a senior at Fashion Institute of Technology and she’s into art, painting and interior design.

As other newcomer Azealia Banks continues to make waves with her music, it is good to know that there is room for more than one female MC.
