I stumbled upon Black People Don’t via a link from the CoolBlkPpl Paper.li. Angela Tucker (@tuckergurl) is the director and producer of the cool video series. I met Angela years ago when I first started blogging. This episode is about Black People Don’t…Travel. That’s a fallacy especially since I have travelled internationally and I would travel more if I had more disposable income. I have been to Montreal, Rome, Florence, London as well as twenty states in this country. There are also several black travel bloggers including KiraTiana Travels, I’m Black n I Travel, Mario Travels. Also, two of my favorite books about black people abroad are Black Girl in Paris by Shay Youngblood and Giovanni’s Room by James Baldwin.
